面积都差不多，院子一点点大，HOA也一样.
Stand Alone没墙连着，也可以说是SFH, 比其他duplex TH 贵个8-10万。

If you want to live a nicer house, pick this one.
If you want to have a better potential to increase the value, pick up a
single family house without HOA.
As a real SFH owner, you can do whatever to your house, like remodeling,
doing additions, or even rebuilding.
This is still a good opportunity if the neighborhood is good and quiet.
As it is new, in 10-20 years, it is still consider as a new house and value
goes up. If you are really lucky, it will be in PALO ALTO school district in
future. As you said, even if it is in Los Altos school district, it is
pretty good.
As it is easy to commute to mountain view and san antonio shopping center. | s*****2

这个房子有硬伤，才卖到1.2M。俺觉得可以考虑central和el camino real之间的SFH，
应该有机会。

,所以老中不抢了。
