Please make sure the organization is legit. Lawyers need to have a lot of
civil right experience and experience in higher courts. Ideally someone
well known.
In this day of age, a lot of things are low cost. Bumper stickers could be
ordered from vistaprint for minimal cost, T-shirts from cafe-press, anybody
could print fliers.
If you have to donate, donate to NPR with a message, donate to local asian
organization, asian-american candidates, or someone with the track record
of delivering, asian church groups or other charities with tax-exemption
status.
I hope everyone have a great experience participating and
building their local communities. And not be too gullible. |
