The Finance team is the beacon that provides guidance and transparency to
drive exceptional financial management. We pay employees and suppliers,
invoice customers, and track equity and revenue. And when there’s a need
for analytical and modeling power, we provide internal consulting and
strategy for everything from pricing to forecasting to tracking multiple
metrics. Through it all, we are not your stereotypical accountants. Though
we do keep things running so smoothly that most of the time our coworkers
don’t have to pay us any attention, our close, warm team started a company-

3-5 years of Accounts Payable or similar experience
Excellent analytical skills [including Excel] and attention to detail
Knowledge of Great Plains
Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
Interpersonal skills, including ability to work with both technical and
business team members
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Bachelor’s degree
High appreciation for work quality
Very organized and able to manage multiple projects
Passionate and independent about finding challenges and seeking solutions
Team experience (military, athletics, entrepreneurship, etc.). |
