SCA5 specifically targets us Asian, it's not one of, but the most racist
bill in recent California history. Shame on you for voting "YES" on SCA5.
Shame on you for betraying the constituents who count on you to represent
their will, shame on you for ditching your Asian root!

I'm writing to you to request an explanation of your YES vote on SCA 5, the
constitutional amendment to delete provisions implemented through the
enactment of Proposition 209.
I believe racial preference in college admission is just racial
discrimination's other name and violates the Equal Protection Clause of the
Fourteenth Amendment. Children who study and work hard deserve equal
opportunity in college admission regardless of their races.
The reality is that SCA 5 will put most Asian students at a disadvantage. I
feel your vote is a betrayal of your Asian constituents and strongly urge
you
to change your stance on this issue.

But I surprisingly saw you voted AYE on the SCA-5 proposed by Ed Hernandez.
What is your idea on this proposition?
Have you realized Hernandez's target is to reduce the Asian's CA public
universities enrollment rate from 35% to 13% to benefit Latinos?! Hernandez
is working for Latino's benefit. Is it FAIR that so many Asian students
working so hard but will lose the equal opportunity to enter CA public
universities? I am so surprised when you have became a Latino?
As a Chinese American, have you ever thought about American Chinese's
benefit?
