Naturally, the next tier would be the top public schools, especially in the
states where race-based AA is banned. CA has excellent public higher
education and some leading schools in the nation. Therefore, the CA public
universities have higher percentage of Asian students.
The solution is not to impose more race-based AA, such as SCA 5, in state
public schools. To the contrary, race-based AA is outlawed by the SCOUS (
Supreme Court of the US). The solution is colleges and universities, public
or private, should adopt a race-blind policy in admissions. A student should
get into the best school he/she can get in (not because of his/her race or
ethnicity) and a college/university should get the best and brightest
student, whatever the criteria may be (race/ethnicity should not be one of
them).
There are so many colleges and universities in the U.S. Everyone should have
a chance to receive higher education. But not at the expense of another
person, or another race. Mismatching less qualified students to colleges
only prevents them from graduating, which is one metric people often

student it intends to help")
A race neutral system is the only way to achieve racial equality. Obama's
two daughters shouldn't receive more preferences than your or my kids. | b****g

UC已经很努力得招黑人和西裔。但是加州黑人人口少，只有6.6%，
所以很努力得招，也只招到4%。 如果不是很努力的招，如果招生
的时候姓名，照片和族裔信息都保密的话，黑人的录取率会不到1%。
而加州的36%人口的西裔，大部分西裔高中毕业生为非法移民或者
非法移民的孩子。他们自己选择的生活方式是enjoy life,
平时放学之后到外面玩，周末女孩跟着母亲去house cleaning,
儿子跟着父亲去割草，挣现金。

善的。

发帖数: 8291 | 5 不止是贫富差距，而是文化差距。华人哪怕是穷人的孩子，都被父母督促读书，
而西裔非裔，文化传统就是吃喝玩乐。
加州已经是全美国在基础教育上最AA最平均主义的州了， 地产税由州里平均分配给每
个孩子，而不是本地地产税养本地学校。
获得同样多资金投入的黑人和西裔，不喜欢读书，成绩还是上不去。

虽然有另类,老莫学生普遍懒惰且基础知识差得惊人.1000除以20等于多少可以难倒一大
批.SCA5一但通过, UC的本科就逐步soso了.
