我们平摊，包网络以及其他费用
【注明】如果是情侣或者夫妻的话，1500两个房间一起租给你们，一间卧室一间书房刚
刚好，这样就等于你俩独享一个大卫生间了。
BF房子刚买，为了补贴房贷，所以决定其中两个次卧出租，
房子情况是这样的，二层楼，卧室全部在楼上，楼下是客厅，起居室，厨房。
我和BF住主卧室，另外两间采光好的决定用来出租，两间不一样大，有一个相对大一些。
这两个房间需要共用一个卫生间，卫生间有两个洗手盆。
房子大体是这样的：
整栋都是木地板，只有进门的玄关是瓷砖，楼梯是地毯。
客厅我们有一整组沙发，茶几，落地灯，有3D的projector和Bose的音响组
起居室：有一张超大餐桌以及6张餐桌椅，一个电视柜，电视柜上有电视^^.
厨房：冰箱，洗碗机，烤箱，微波炉，炉灶是明火的，所以爱做菜的小伙伴们应该很爱
。我最不爱用蚊香式的炉子了...
后院：院子很大，我们会请工人每星期来整理一次，这个费用我们承担。有柠檬，橘子
和杏树。角落里有一组大型儿童玩具，秋千还蛮好坐的。
家里有Dyson的DC44吸尘器，大家共用。
Garage：洗衣机和烘干机都是新买的。
租约12个月一签。Deposit是一个月的房租。两个卧室内的家具需要你们自己提供。
本来我还想要不要配个床，可是后来怕女生爱干净想要睡自己带来的，我就没买。
Internet和其他费用我们包了，水电瓦斯一起平摊。
BF和我呢，都是很好相处的80后，在湾区上班。我们俩不抽烟，爱干净，生物钟规律，
生活习惯良好。
房子位置大概在1896 Camacho way, San Jose 95132附近。看房时会提供具体地址。
近680和880，离大华，costco，海洋，永和超市都很近。离VTA也很近，走路就能到。
是一个适合上班族的位置。
希望可以找到爱干净，可以和我们俩一起爱护维持这个房子的小伙伴~~~~~
