而不能用来证明，大学就该降低标准来录取，或直接加入种族标准 |

现在就政治斗争。劳模未必在乎这几个上大学民额，老中在乎。所以关键是发动亚裔投
票捐款，联系议员。议员都不傻，现在不是已经有两个出来说暂不支持SCA-5了吗？只
要再搞定一到两个，那把握就大多了。
为了自己的利益出卖选民这种事议员干得出来，为了Hernandez牺牲自己的政治前途，
没有哪个民主党议员会干的。

Researchers say minority students have benefited in some ways from changes
to affirmative action. In a 2013 paper, a group of economists at Duke
University and the London School of Economics found that "underrepresented
minorities were 4.4 percentage points more likely to graduate" systemwide
after Prop. 209 went into effect, which they attribute in part to the
schools "focusing more resources on the retention of their enrolled students
."

把高院的态度抬出来，并且表明race-neutral approaches已经在实施。
Following a Supreme Court ruling last year on how to consider race-conscious
admissions in pursuit of diversity, the Justice Department and Department
of Education provided guidance. A school "should consider whether it can
meet its compelling interest in diversity by using race-neutral approaches,"
the guidance states.
In cases where race is taken into account, it "cannot be given so much
weight that applicants are defined primarily by their race and are largely
accepted or rejected on that basis."

最后这一句是点睛之笔，这个文章的态度就是，income-level的diversity已经做得很
好了，毕业率大大提高了，209是非常有效的政策，你干嘛还要开历史倒车。

大家看到了吧，主流媒体定调不是一边倒的，WSJ的这篇文章非常好，用H的图正好，比
自己另拿张图另起炉灶好，2/3的行文都在批驳H的说法。这是强有力的武器啊。
