。。。And then there was "The Phone Call" that came today. I was on my way
to the office this morning after dropping my son off at school and received
a call that told me what my team has been telling me for the last two weeks
- that my campaign is garnering significant statewide attention.
As you know, District 10 is very blue and we knew it would be an uphill
battle from the get-go. Then, the State Senate passed the controversial
Senate Constitutional Amendment 5 (SCA 5). I earned the grassroots support
of the Silicon Valley Chinese Association and then the endorsements of
Assemblywoman Shannon Grove and Senator Joel Anderson. On top of that, we
hit the much coveted $100,000 fundraising mark late last week.
So, I answered my phone and was proud to hear the voice of the California
Republican Party Chair and former Senator Jim Brulte. We chatted a bit
about my race and he expressed genuine excitement about our fundraising
accomplishments in the “bluest of blue” Bay Area. We chatted about SCA 5,
and my campaign platform which is focused on bringing Common Sense
Solutions to California (Job Creation, Education and Energy.) He told me he
had heard so many great things from our mutual friends in the Capitol and
was looking forward to meeting me this weekend at the state GOP convention.
My Campaign Manager is an emotional guy, and after hearing about my phone
call he proclaimed the "Big Mo" (momentum) was at the back of the #GoKUO
campaign and slapped a big old high five on me. Needless to say, I'm trying
to stay grounded. But I'm so excited because of the enormous pride I feel
when I see how people are supporting me with their volunteer hours and
contributions. I've always felt great about my prospects, but now I truly
feel like I'm the right person, in the right district, with the right issues
, at the right time.
So, as we enter this critical final week of the fundraising quarter, I ask
you to please continue to do all you can to help me with my race. If you
have not made a donation to my campaign and believe I'm the person best
suited to help turn California back in to the "Golden State," please

如果我是他區的民主黨候選人，我一定會分析他這15萬從哪裏募捐的，如果說大部分是
他本區選民捐的，會被嚇到，如果不是，就無關緊要
同樣分析也是在共和黨進行，他們會看他的捐款來源，如果大部分不是來自本選區，證
明他對本選區的號召力有限，不值得下注
而且，大家或許不知道，這些東西都是提前一年計劃好的，49區林醫生選戰提前一年準
備，總花費500萬，他自己出了100萬，還是輸了13%給周本立
所以路還很長

peter能募捐當然是好事，不過有經驗的會進一步分析，這錢哪裏來的
另外peter的募捐能力多少是靠sca5？這也是分析他能力重要部分，因爲sca5只是一個
話題而已

選區
peter不是搖擺選區，但是亞裔選區，所以應該算一個重點吧，如果能把他區的亞裔調動
如果目的長期規劃，華裔整體政治實力，那還早，而且的確是民主共和兩黨的都要扶持

electibility有好处。
所有政治人物都是募过款的，知道Tradition way有多困难。一周如果Peter凭自己的力
量募到20多K。本身就是很不容易的事情。But it means a lot of things,也证明了他
winnable。

层的地区更大，他们的issue跟中产的又不同，或者说还有其他很多issue要权衡
