there's a fundamental problem of income inequality and upward mobility in
America. SCA-5 is a wrong solution to this problem. The real solution to
this problem is:
A. Bring back the entry level white-collar jobs to America, jobs like call
center and IT support and financial services and software testing. We need
to train young Americans to solve problems, become tech savvy and teamwork;
or they will be left behind by the tech/IT boom and have no opportunity for
economical advancement.
B. Fight against racism and discrimination in workplace.
C. improve STEM education in K-12 and in college level.
