所以老中在美国光投票是不够的，要有自己的有组织的利益集团和Super PAC，才能不
被人操。
"Researchers from Princeton University and Northwestern University have
concluded, after extensive analysis of 1,779 policy issues, that the U.S. is
in fact an oligarchy and not a democracy. What this means is that, although
'Americans do enjoy many features central to democratic governance,' '
majorities of the American public actually have little influence over the
policies our government adopts.' Their study (PDF), to be published in
Perspectives on Politics, found that 'When the preferences of economic
elites and the stands of organized interest groups are controlled for, the
preferences of the average American appear to have only a minuscule, near-
zero, statistically non-significant impact upon public policy.'"

绝大多数人也没有能力看懂证明，顶多是不明觉历地和好莱坞大片里的阴谋论放在一起

就象Franklin得意洋洋的向等待的精英们表功一样，”A Republic, if you can keep
it。" 精英们也算基本上守住了这份家业。
不过，话又要说回来，精英们还是做了很大很多让步的。这个论文说选民影响力近乎零
，老汉就不能同意。你看，他们硬说这是民主国家，精英们知道他们错了，可是也没有
跳出来纠正他们，这其实是个共和国。精英们甚至都懒得向选民们解释清楚两者的区别
，这是多么大的让步啊。 | g****n
