restoring merit-based teacher system.
If you listened to the radio carefully this morning, they used the minority/
race to fight the teacher's union. Because these teachers are bring bad
education to the minorities.
However, right before this news, there is other news such as how great it is
to have AA and to solve college tuition issue. And OK has granted free
first 2 years college education.
Watch out what is behind this move. I could hardly believe that it is simply
these teachers are not doing their job.
The teacher are not doing the job to help certain minority kids. -- i.e.
these kids are not doing well because of the teachers.
I am using my wild guess on the motivation
1, force teacher's union to back/enforce the race-based AA (SCA5)
2, pave road to teachers of certain minority. Since most of these teachers
of certain minority are younger and the subject of SENIORITY system. |
