证明。虽然在我的I130申请里，我已经附上了我们三人的出生公证的复印件（国内的白
皮公证），但移民官说这是secondary document, 需要原始证明。
信里主要内容是要这个：
Chinese Notarial Certificates are considered to be secondary evidence.
Therefore, at least one of the following official documents must be
submitted in support of the notarial certificate of birth:
- Birth Certificate
- Hospital Certificate
- Family Household Registry
- Family Household Register Form
- Booklet issued by the Province's Health Department regarding the birth
- The document you submitted in order to obtain the Notarial Certificate.
请问大家有类似的RFE吗？是如何对应的？现在父母在这边，户口本什么的都在国内，
什么材料都不好找。 现在很着急，因为要87天把证明寄给移民局。有谁知道这个怎么
解决的吗？多谢！ |

发帖数: 127 | 3 其实这里还真的认户口本，我爸妈N年前面试，没有当场批，也被要求提供户口本。赶
快国内快递过来，自己再翻译了拿去就OK了。给你那么多天准备，怎么都够了吧。让亲
戚朋友替你Fedex过来也没有很复杂呀。

发帖数: 441 | 4 我和身边的朋友都遇到过同样的事。不好找，也要找。当地派出所一般都有一种叫做户
口登记表的，上面应该有你和父母名字那样，就能证明你们之间关系。开一个这个，盖
章，自己翻译。我就是这么干的。甚至我都没法开出户口登记表，但是让派出所开了个
证明，证明我们之间关系，自己翻译好了，寄出去。很快绿卡就下来了。我朋友情况也
差不多，折腾材料的时候很紧张，提交上去基本上一到两个礼拜就批了。呵呵呵，说明
曙光就到了。 |

出所打了电话，还好他们可以出户口材料。希望如大家所说，可以顺利过关。 |

发帖数: 208 | 6 Just want to give an update so it might be helpful for these who are in the
same situation. I received the scan of HUKOU from relatives in China, and
translated into English using a template I grabbed from the web. Baidu has
many templates readily available.
I sent back the copy of HUKOU (Home register), the translation, and the
original RFE letter to the local USCIS office as required. It was received
on this Thursday, and today (yes, Saturday) I received emails from USCIS
that cards are ordered for both my parents. Overall it is not as hard as I
had worried about, and it literally takes the local officer just one day to
approve the case. Many thanks to these who offered tips. |

是RFE。如果是interview,可能需要原件 |
