你说的第二个，第三街那个location很不错，有情调，干净，新社区。我们当时考虑租
房的时候也找过那个地方，确实租金贵，要5000一个月。不知道出得起5000租金的人干
嘛不去城外买个房。

你贴的第二个房子位置不错，不过很可能卖那么便宜只是特殊情况。

mil而且很小。这个50万的很奇怪。

个房子没有列built的年份，但是写明现在的租客付$925/month，如果房子是1978年前
建的，你将无法把现在的租客赶走，即使你想要收回自住也不可以。 |
