were all relocated to Bayarea, they would know that efficiency could be even
lower. They need layoff to cut R&D cost.
Good or bad. Those who are on lower level L1(not the management type) will
not be able to apply for PR. However, due to insanity of Yahoo, they might
all be in the L1 visa that allow they to accelerate PR application.
The spouse of the L vias are allowed to work lawfully here. So they could
get the job this year under EDA and eat up a lot of H1-B visas for the
coming fiscal year. |
