在一yield sign 处被追尾. 大妈显然眼睛没看前面. 后我的车子total.
当时我立刻打911叫警察.
Police: 你们要私下交换保险, 还是我写个report.
Me: 有什么区别? 如果私下交换保险, 会保证说对方at fault 100% 吗?
Police: If I write the report, I will investigate (and judge whose fault it
is). It looked pretty obvious that you were rear ended.
大妈 now understood the difference and wanted to exchange insurance and
insisted that I stopped the car abruptly though the police told her that I
had the right to stop at yield sign.
Police: (Interrupted 大妈) OK, ok, I will write the report.
From the beginning till the end, 大妈 never admitted she was at fault.
Two weeks later, policy report obviously came out and I was 0% at fault. |
