2月份买的新车，开了5500mile开始出问题（我以为买新车省心，没想到更费心）
第一次出问题症状：
高速40迈速度行驶中，突然油门踩到底车子都没动力，方向盘锁住几乎打不动，车子惯
性前进，很用力打方向盘才迫使车子停在了紧急车道。然后直接拖到了dealer那。当时
吓了个半死，没想过试图重新启动车子。（后来dealer的报告上说车子拖到dealer后，
他们发现车子能正常点火和行驶，没法duplicate问题，但是看到气缸miss fire的
error code）
对应dealer诊断和修理：
发现4号气缸miss fire的error code，检修发现气缸header一器件非正常磨损，换了该
器件，告诉我修好了
第二次出问题症状：（发生在取回车子的2周后，悲催～）
local稍有点上坡路段，堵车，一停一走行驶中，突然发现油门没反应了，踩着油门车
子竟然往后遛坡，赶紧踩了刹车，因为此时车子基本停止状态，没法知道方向盘是否同
时也锁住了。当时后面堵了一条街的车子，我慌乱中就采取了关闭发动机，并重新点火
，之后车子正常行驶。第二天拖车来拖给了同一个dealer。
对应dealer诊断和修理：
没有发现error code，行驶了20多迈，没有duplicate问题，把车子还给了我。
车子第二次出问题时，跟dodger的厂家投诉，要求换车或者退车，负责处理此事的厂家
代表让我把车送到另一个dealer那检修。于是照办，并告知dealer两次问题的共同点是
：碰巧在油箱加油提示灯亮后一段时间才去加油，加油时候加了满满一大箱油。这个
dealer在车子送检4天后给我回话让我回去取车，说没有重现问题。去
提车发现dealer根本没有按照我说的过程试图重现问题，只是开了105迈说没重现问题
就让我付了点油钱打发我提车走了。
然后厂家代表就给了两个option，一个是给500$现金补偿，一个是延长bump-to-bump
warranty到5年6w迈（原来是3年3.6w迈），但是选择任何一个option都得签字同意以下
这些可恶的免责条件。看了免责条件觉得根本不能签。
另：我取回车子后试图按照我自己怀疑的重现方式试了一次，但那次没出问题。也就是
说我现在不知道什么时候车子会出同样的问题。
现在我该怎么办？还有其他什么好法子捍卫我的权利吗？

execution date of this release. This Release shall not limit or modify the
terms of any warranty

contract applicable to the Subject Vehicle.
We, xxx, agree that the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, bearing VIN:
xxxxxxx , is not a lemon and does not qualify as a lemon under the Song-
Beverly
Consumer Warranty Act or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and We will
maintain possession of and
any financial obligation for the Subject Vehicle.
We agree to indemnify and hold the above parties harmless from all further
claims, costs or
expenses relating to this claim or the Subject Vehicle. We expressly agree
that the only
consideration
We will receive is that listed above and that Chrysler Group LLC has made no
other promises to
me. We
accept the consideration listed above as full satisfaction of any and all
claims as set forth
herein.
We further agree that the amounts of any payments made pursuant to this
agreement shall remain
confidential and shall not be disclosed by ourselves, our agents, our
representatives, or anyone
acting on
our behalf to anyone for any purpose with the exception of such disclosure
as necessary or

This is a full and final release applying to all unknown and unanticipated

他们绝对不敢承认这种问题。看看GM ignition 的事你就知道了。这种事情厂家和
dealer一定死扛到最后死人才会承认。

system. Unfortunately, the repair requires replacement of the entire fuel
tank.
A valve in the upper tank is designed to shut off venting once the tank
reaches capacity in order to maintain a small "vapor volume" in the tank. If
the vent valve (called ORVR) sticks in the open position, it allows the
vapor volume to be displaced with gasoline, eventually spilling into the

没出现问题。
我一同事猜测是否跟天气有关。确实出问题那两次就是前阵子雨水很多，湿度很大的时
候。
