By 2016, Twitter aims to increase the number of under represented minorities
(African-Americans, Hispanics and Native Americas) to 11% overall, 9% in
tech roles and 6% in leadership roles.
Last year when the company released its diversity report, it reported that
59% of its workers were white and 29% Asian. |
