像900 underwriting fee, 1350 settlement or ClosingEscrow fee 这些可以去掉么

发帖数: 2163 | 2 insurance 太高了，估计是按比较高估的，可以找找降下来。
另外 PER DIEM INTEREST 不是CLOSING COST， 这是提前给的不到一个月的INTEREST，
其他看着很合理。ESCROW FEE 正常。 UNDERWRITING FEE 是LENDER的，你可以问问
LOAN AGENT，不过正常范围。
