，需要提前终止lease。请问各位我的Lease中Early Termination的条款具体的金额怎
么确定，尤其是‘lost Rent'还有‘rental commissions’怎么确定？谢！
Lease中对应的条款如下：
BREACH OF CONTRACT; EARLY TERMINATION: In addition to any obligations
established by paragraph 29, in the event of termination by Tenant prior to
completion of the original term of the Agreement, Tenant shall also be
responsible for lost Rent, rental commissions, advertising expenses and
painting costs necessary to ready Premises for re-rental. Landlord may
withhold any such amounts from Tenant's security deposit. | W****r
