It’s an investment property, a condo . the property is bought at $475,000.
I plan the down payment to be 25%. So the loan should pay the remaining 75%
. I am want to know 30 years fixed rate. My credit score should be around
800.
NOTE** The current owner ratio in the condo complex is 48%, please let me
