1.67 * 5% = 9w
Property tax: 2w
Cost of selling 1.67 * 6% 1= 10 w
so the cost of a year is about 21W.
The person must be a realtor and the mananger of construction team to
transfer the cost to the person's income to actually gain something from the
deal. Otherwise, the person simply creates income for realtor and
construction contractors.
