property tax后还有剩余， loan officer给算上了一个月的prepaid interest， 也就
是用buyer agent
给的credit付一个月的Prepaid interest， 但是之后还富余几百块钱， 开始loan
officer说可以用于再付一部分下个月的prepaid interest, 不够的部分由我出现金补
， 但是之后又没在Loan estimate中给我做上去， 他的理由是说银行有新规定说不能
这样做了，buyer agent credit只能支付一个月的prepaid interest, 不知道真假？因
为他给我打电话时还说可以做， 放下电话我一看loan estimate出来了， 没给做上，
他不可能在不到30秒的时间内就知道银行改了规定吧？ 我怀疑是他赶时间下班（因为
如果那天不出来最后的Loan estimate就赶不上预定的closing date了， 而打电话的时
候已经快下班了)所以不想重新算了？
据wellsfargo说现在的规定是最后的loan estimate发给我之后要给我3天的review时间
， 那么这个loan estimate是周五下午快5点的时候发给我的， 算上周六， 到周一晚
上就是3天了， 如果wellsfargo的规定是buyer agent credit能支付两个月的prepaid
interest， 那么我周一再要求他们改还来得及末？ 这个review的起始时间是要重新从
周一开始算还是仍然从周五（3月31号）开始算？
我也问过了我的buyer agent， 如果这几百块钱银行不能算在closing cost中是否可以
现金或gift card给我， buyer agent 不同意， 说也不能用于downpayment， 这样的
话这几百块钱就损失掉了？

发帖数: 2890 | 3 那几百刀么close 后写个支票就可以了，不到600刀的话，agent 既不用给你发1099，
又可以报expense.
