Job Description
Our client is looking for outstanding Control Systems Engineers. You will
focus on developing an architecture for AI powered mobility solutions to
integrate the physical system models with the vehicle's chassis components (
steering, braking, acceleration and suspension).
You will be responsible for:
• Developing real-time controllers and observers for safety-critical
embedded applications;
• Implementing real-time control algorithms for desired functionality
and safety;
• Validating in-vehicle controller performance against functional
requirements;
• Collaborating with internal and external teams for efficient
delivery using best.
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in a relevant field of study (control systems
emphasis preferred)
• Real-time control algorithms implementation in C/C++
• Relevant Matlab/Simulink tools proficiency
• Understanding of control theory and experience with its vehicle
systems applications
• Significant experience in dynamic systems diagnostics and fail-safe
operation (automotive preferred)
• Experience with FMEA, especially in the context of control systems
and hardware/software interactions
• Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
• Flexibility to take on tasks outside of own comfort zone – quick
learner in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred to have:
• Hands-on experience in robotic and/or vehicle system design and
implementation
• Knowledge of Linux, and development on Linux systems
• Knowledge of ROS
• Experience working in an automotive, aerospace environments
• Previous experience with robotic or vehicle systems
• Development experience with embedded systems with real-time
constraints
• Experience in auto safety systems (ASIL B or ISO 26262)
