offer的价格低，这个已经足够的理由了，你还能取消交易. 不需要故意制造贷款失败
，而且也不合法，没必要搞这个. 所以agent应该在offer前应该做好心理辅导，毕竟
offer时都会头脑发热，必须保持清醒不要offer被接受了才后悔 |
