记得加州有法律要求商家cash out $10一下的gift card。
但是google又说However, California's Legislative Counsel has concluded that a
seller is not required to redeem a gift certificate in cash when requested
by a consumer.
请问湾区的商家具体是怎么处理的？
需要提供原始的购买发票吗？

来不知道了
