product of a constant and the jump of step function.
this constant is about 9%(not sure ) theoretically.
I don't know what is Gibbs phenomenon wiggles.
BTW, who knows the constant in computation?
In my program, when I increased the number of interpolation basis,
the constant is only close to 14%. |
