note that (a, b, c, d) are not independent. If (a, b, c, d)
is a solution then (ka, kb, kc, kd) is also a solution. So
you only need to use {xi, wi}, for i = 1, 2, 3 to decide
the linear space for the solution. {x4, w4} is derivable.
In other word, by the way you give below, your A is alway not
