dissipation structure, or a fixed point of the dynamical equation, and several
time constants associated with it. My question is, is it possible to perturb
the system with another time constant and completely change the time response
of the system? Such as in the semiconductor laser case, is it possible to
increase the recombination rate by enhancing the hole concentration or other
