我是一个phd学生，近期得到2个offers. 一个是刚成立的生物公司，只有2个full-time
employees.我个人认为还比较有发展。另一个是在教学医院里做clinical trial
research. 这是一个相对新的program。如果我去，我将是第一个有phd学位的。
这两个工作机会都不错: pay well, offer H-1. 但这两个offers之乡两个不同的
carreer path, 我想做出比较正确的选择。
借问大家：
1. 有谁了解，或做过，或正在做clinical trial research 的，能否给提供一些你对
这个工作的认识及其发展前途看法？
2. 哪位大侠能帮我分析一下我应该如何比较这两个offers，选中一个。
