in lots of area, like high energy, first author means nothing because
most papers are listed alphabetically. I always got the last author
because my last name started with W, and one of my colleague always
be first author because his name started with A. :(

so the high h value, the better
once you reach 20, you will be famous in the area

most of my papers, I am the 2nd and nth author. I just don't think H-index
means a lot.
