考虑以后申请eb1b绿卡时，可以把论文作为研究工作的支持，我请求老板把当前公司加
进我的归属里，但是老板并没反应。
请问我作为第二作者可以直接联系杂志更改归属吗？ | M*******r

I was careful to make sure I used your private gmail account, so as not to
involve your employer and to allow you to do this on your spare time and/or
weekends. If that was done on work-time during your work day, at your
employer's computer, then that was your decision to do that. Your employer
should not have been involved in any way, since this was unpublished
intellectual property and should not be on their computers. So my advice is
to be very careful going forward for the next paper, to make sure you do not
mix the two (i.e. do not mix any of our joint research with your activity
at your employer, including simply using their computers).
同学们，要学会保护成果呀，我这是先因为毕业被老板自己抢了一作，现在感觉又被玩
弄着给他干了大半年活。
