好几个人过来帮忙推车不果, 俺过意不去, 说算了, 俺还是叫AAA吧. 俺还是plus
member呢, 除了曾经要过两张地图, 已经好几年没叫过它们的服务了.
结果打过去, 首先是hold了半个小时, 然后一个representative问了我的基本情况, 说
我的情况不是"blocking issue", 它们不管. 我大怒, 说你们就是这样对待你们的
loyal plus member的吗. 我每年交将近一百块钱的membership fee, and i got
nothing when i am in need for help. 那个representative沉默了半天说, 要不你再
过两个小时打过来, 看我们能不能free up some tow service vehicle. 我追问说那你
们能不能保证会有车来帮我, 她说不能, "not for today". 我说那万一到时候没人帮
我, 那我咋办, 她说那你就把车扔那儿吧, 自己想办法回家. 我说那明天有没有人帮我

I was driving from Austin, TX to Houston one night and had car trouble and
parked at the side of highway 290. I called AAA and said I was approx. 45
min. from Houston on the side of Hwy 290, 10 min. from the next town (by the
way, I was 1.5 - 2 hours from Austin) and I need towing. The rep. said, "I
cannot find Hwy 290 on the map." Highway 290 is the only highway between
