you also buy cheap in Seattle if you are lucky. A good location, good
architechure, good school district, good price and value doesn't come along
at the same time. Renting and buying are two different life style. Compare
to overheated China real estate, Seattle or maybe all US are bargain. You
can never buy at the abs bottom and sell at abs top. The best is +-10%
bottom and top. The home purchse credit and low interest wo | k*****a

niche is over. Rental market is in a free fall here, which is not happening
in China, FYI.
"Good" news coming from wall street at U.S. debt front. FED has to buy 50% of their own bond, does not look like they will be able to provide any lasting support to housing market. Fannie/Freddie could go belly up, if that happens, 30-50% house price cut?

these will increase when econmomy recovers. Euro's future is in danger,
money will flow back to the US. Interest will creep up. APR 5% to 5.5% is
like 10% price increase. Interest in the bank is near zero. Oil is close to
82USD/barrel, gold is 1000USD/oz. In 1998, has is 20USD/barel, Gold is $30/
