发帖数: 63 | 1 最近找房子，在Mukilteo和Mill Creek都找到一些在自己可承受价位的房子，
学区都挺好，Mukilteo那个可能强一点点。
都没什么yard，
不知道怎么挑：
Mukilteo的房子更贵，但离海近，neighborhood很不错，
不过怕Boeing 787迁生产线的事情影响当地房价。
Mill Creek的房子比较靠近Seattle和东边，和朋友来往方便一些，
不用开车就可以去gym和hike，
我和ld也都挺喜欢那里无数的trail。
不过房子小一些，而且只有一个one-car garage。
上班在北边，每天都得往北commute。
有没有熟悉Mukilteo和Mill Creek的大侠给指点一下？ |

Northshore School District.
Mukilteo is a time bomb. Boeing moving out of the area is your least
concern. You need to worry about scheduled flights coming to Paine Field.
As soon as the FAA gives a green light, Mukilteo will enjoy more flight
noisy. |

# Elementary School: Mill Creek Elem
# Junior High School: Heatherwood Mid
# Senior High School: Henry M. Jackson Hig
Mukilteo的那个房子的学区倒都是10分的学校。
FAA会让更多飞机飞Paine Field?
好像那个机场也不大啊。

不过买不起有好的sound view的房子：（

Employees 都住在那一区.
现在 Paine Field 附近的城市都反对 scheduled flights, 只是 Paine Field 的主人
, Snohomish County 是赞成的. 所以今年六月 FAA 的 final report 出来就有答案了
. Paine Field 再几年就会成了西雅图的 Satellite Airport. 这是早晚的问题.
