税务Credit带来的，这些伟哥出来的需求极大地损
害了自由市场的自我调节功能。现在这个Tax Credit到
期，鄙人期望房市能回到健康调整的轨道上来。

夏天为学区买房的家长多，而且现在买家
以华人居多，买便宜房的人会更少，这几
个月价钱铁定有升无降（除非发生重大变
故）。

The downtrend in employment starts again, moreover, the drop is very very
sharp. New job to add for a month is expected in a 200K range, but it come
in yesterday with almost no private employer made net hiring in May.
Euro debt crisis is similar to the sub prime thing, it freeze up loans and crashes the economy; it just started to spread. |
