place has two bedroom, 1.5 bath, kitchen, laundry, and free parking space.
It is remodeled last year, so the interior is very new. Carpet floor, two
floors, two bedrooms are on the second floor, living room on the first floor
with sofa, dining table and 52 inch sony TV. I like to keep the place clean
, so I prefer a clean person, non-smoking. The rent is $700 a month which
