Ops Supports: 3000-5000 servers, MS Data Centers located globally. Current
vendor support team located at MS bldg 32 (all onsite). Scope include moving
mail boxes in a 2 weeks deployment schedule (Agile model) and HW deployment
including incident management, etc.
Skill Requirements: Exchange experience, HW deployment, web-service supports
, global balancing, trouble-shooting, etc.
