3/4年前,人人都喊房价要继续涨,永远不会跌,如果不现在买,将来就永远买不起了....
而现如今,人人喊房价要继续跌,time还有文章说买房子不如租....

people's observation (as an engineer, I don't trust any writers - artist by
trade - from media outlets or any economist who doesn't have good enough
basic math/engineering training, or traditional RE professionals who have a direct conflict of interest with buyers) as an input to my purchasing decision or

滑引起经济下滑,并导致失业率大增.今天的数据就是例子.在失业率很高的情况下,为啥
房子销售量增加?解释不通.
所以,用失业率来衡量经济/房市趋势变化是不准确的.
