Last time, I used a guy $100 for roof blow off + gutter clean. So this time,
I will try to negotiate to below $100.

for that. I used a couple, all seems not honest.
The green stuff is moss. If you can get on the roof, you can just buy some
moss-out from home depot, which is used on roof, and spread on the roof.
