如果是做ＩＴ的，用的是Computer System Analyst，不能有很多coding。要和联系人
统一口径，比方说5%-10%的时间写程序，其它时间都是在分析系统。如果是Engineer就
要解释为什么学位不是Engineering却找Engineer工作，但可以很多时间写程序。
不会关心为什么你现在的工作才做三个月。你一下子做了四年才会有人问。
准备要充分，因为去申请的时候无论过不过，原来的签证都会被吊销。 |

they didn't or they don't have this information in their place, don't
mention that you're transferring from contract work to full time job in the
same position. Actually even if they have this information, don't mention
this unless the officer asks you very explicitly. Simply tell them that you
find a different job and you need to get a new TN. (You're not lying since
technically it is a differnt job because it's from different company).
Be prepared to answer question like "Why are you changing your job?". You
can tell them things like "this position suits my skills better or the
employer is more flexible etc.". Ideally your new job description is
differnt than your first TN job description and then they have no way to
know that you are just transfer from contact working to full time working on
the same position. |

作期，工资等等，给海关看就行了。 |

需要注意的是，CBP的这一规则并不是说TN就变成了象H或L类一样的完全允许有移民倾
向的签证, 而是技巧性地解释I-140（自然包括PERM）申请行为为不能自动作为认定TN
申请人移民倾向的依据。 CBP仍然要求TN签证持有人需要维持他们境外的住所，遵守TN
的法律要求。USCIS长期以来对美国境内的TN延期一直比较宽松，申请PERM和I-140并不
当然影响TN身份延期申请。
美新政策为中国出生的TN签证持有人打开绿卡之门
