developer that has experience with both front and back end.

Our company builds software systems that integrate with utility and
government energy efficiency programs. Their solutions accelerate uptake and
guide homeowners through the upgrade process. Smart program managers know
that a smooth homeowner experience goes a long way towards achieving the
energy efficiency goals of their programs.
Position: UI Designer/ IA/ UX
·The wireframe person needs to also be able to do pretty well with graphic
design
·Must have solid portfolio of professional sites (not just mom and pop
shops)
·Examples of the written description of wire frames
·Graphic design experience to the point of professional mockups that can be
demonstrated to the customer (Not balsamiq style mockups but something that
would resemble production).
·Modern graphics and coding descriptions are a plus
·User-focused design. Someone who is obsessed with user's interaction and
