果，想让亚马迅recruiter延期几天对方不同意，Amazon offer letter 里面有这么一

As a condition of your employment pursuant to this offer letter, we do

that you sign the enclosed Confidentiality, Non-competition and Invention
Assignment Agreement. The Company's willingness to grant you the stock
options
referred to above is based in significant part on your commitment to fulfill

obligations specified in that agreement.
You should know that the agreement will significantly restrict your future
flexibility in many ways. For example, you will be unable to seek or accept
certain employment opportunities for a period of 18 months after you leave

especially when they know that there might be other opportunities coming up
. That is their tactics.
If the hiring team wants you, they can afford a few more days to wait.Try to

recruiter when I ask some other questions, but they just ignore my message
when I ask for an extension of the deadline

agreement from Amazon is a little confusing:
"You should know that the agreement will significantly restrict your future
flexibility in many ways. For example, you will be unable to seek or accept
certain employment opportunities for a period of 18 months after you leave
the Company."
I don't know if it is OK to accept the offer and cancel later if I got
better offers since they refuse to extend the deadline.

in general it is not a good move and you may be on this company's blacklist.
Ignoring your e-mail asking for extension is just a trick they play, I
believe. Most company allows a few day's extension, sometime one or two
weeks.
