所以北京/上海/广州根本就是等于没有说
对于绝大多数人来说，几乎用不上这个条例，实际上绝大多数的人还是必须要加拿大签
证。
而你不查一下实际情况（这些民主官员说话都是放炮），就说中国护照不用，万一有人
听信了你的话，在机场被拒绝登机是几乎必然的。机票钱损失是小，耽误了事情是大（
万一为此错过见亲人最后一面呢）？

TWOV (Transit Without Visa):
- Holders of passports issued by China (People's Rep.), are
allowed to transit only via Vancouver International Airport
(YVR), provided:

carriers: Cathay Pacific, China Airlines and Philippine

being refused on a flight not cleared by US pre-clearance
inspectors at YVR and within 7 days of their arrival.
NOTE 39687: If holding an expired US visa and meeting all
other conditions, transit from the USA is permitted,
provided having held a valid US visa to enter the USA,
without overstaying the authorized period to remain in the
USA.
