Ability to clearly communicate concerns about code and collaborate with devs
and PMs to effectively solve software challenges
High level of personal accountability and “self-starter” attitude in order
to make progress in ambiguous situations
Capability to problem solve by not only identifying bugs, but also narrowing
down the list of bugs to identify the root of a software problem
3+ years of experience coding in an Object Oriented language such as C++, C#
or Java.
Passion for software quality, good instincts for how cloud software should
behave and what Microsoft customers expect
Outstanding ability to break things in creative ways
Experience with IIS, SQL ASP.NET
Experience with Azure/SQL Azure a strong plus
