we've worked on this for 3 weeks, seems no good doc to tell us how the
thing works from high level.

asked if you're trying to implement a custom port supplier. If so, there's
no good documentation unfortunately, but he'd be happy to "point you to some
existing implementations, provide a basic overview, and answer any
questions."
Are you a microsoft employee? If so, I can just email you both to hook you
up, otherwise please use this forum to post your question and he can follow
