几乎是华尔街派出私人飞机载分析师去Mountain View排队轮P啊，
现在Youtube给Google赚了多少PV多少份额，
而且手握最大的视频资源，
想搞WebM搞WebM，想推HTML5来推广Chrome就搞，都不带含糊的，
多划算？
当然，我对微软是不是能够很好的整合也不是特别有信心，
想想sidekick变成Kin……
但是微软的整合能力是未知数，作为CEO对自己公司整合能力没信心
或是没信心fix好，还不赶紧拍屁股走人？就Skype自己的价值而言
我认为还是不能下断言说overpay了一倍的。
