标 题: Can parents with green cards get government medi care?
发信站: BBS 未名空间站 (Wed Jun 15 01:51:06 2011, 美东)
Our parents come to visit us once a year. We're US citizen so they can get
green card fairly quickly.
Because of their limited English, it's unlikely they'll ever become citizen.
Is there any benefit for us to sponsor them to get green card? (Currently
they have no problem to get visa to visit the US.) One thing I wonder is if
they can get medical care or other benefits.
thanks in advance. |

for over 10 years to receive medicare insurance unless you have been
receiving SSDI for over 2 years or having certain diseases such as kidney
