I bought this wonderful three-level town house on September 2008. The first
floor is living room and kitchen, the second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath
which we are going to rent out, the third floor also has 2 bedrooms and 1
bath. Now I have 1 room available.
The house has really nice elegant furniture and appliances are all brand new
,but the bedrooms for rent is complete empty, so you at lease need a
mattress. The parking is on the outside street but because this is a seal
new development area, there are lots parking place. And since you and the
other tanent have to share the second floor bathroom so you must be pretty
clean too.
The rent is $600 for one room, the rent already including all utilitise and
also the services of home security system; 6M high speed fiber cable
internet; world-wide free long distance telephone.
Before the move in day you'll need to pay First month + Last month + $300
deposit, Non-smoking, No pets, CLEAN is a must!!
