发帖数: 237 | 2 我们买房子做过三次inspection。第一次一个是老美，人不错，nice，沟通得也挺好，
但是总觉得少了些什么。第二次和第三次都是一个中国人做的，检查得很仔细，还会给
我们讲改进的建议，觉得更实用些。所以一直就用他了。
我觉得中美没区别，碰到好的真的是很不错，房子的什么隐患，改进啊，都跟你讲得很
清楚。 |

I did twe inspections. The other one is Kelly Thompson (??)...Kelly is
surprised detail....I use his report to do re-modeling detail looks like I
am an expert...although I am only first house buyer...

我用过他是把大问题说成小问题，小问题说成大问题，显得很负责任。
我当时也在这个班上问，结果被某个托骗了，而且这个托不是david yee本人。
听说微软的知道一个美国人不错，大家都用。。 |

发帖数: 3015 | 8 David gave me a two pages report. My agent recommend Kelly although he said
Kelly report is going to scare people away from the house. Kelly sent a 30
pages report including must to do, better and best to have. I read his
report as doing research to fix old house problem. I think Kelly is
Microsoft guy prefered as my agent said. We use David report to negotiate
with seller though. Kelly has a remodeling company although his price is
high...i use Angie list to do the jobs later.
