time post-sale support engineer in Seattle to support one of our biggest
customers. The candidate will be working onsite at customer office in
Seattle and performing as a post-sale resident engineer. The ideal candidate
should have good knowledge of Networking (routing/switching), TCP/IP
protocols, and should have some Cisco networking background. The successful
candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced start-up environment.
Great pay plus pre-IPO stock options.
Responsibilities:
* Perform daily operational work on company’s product for customer
* Troubleshooting issues on company’s product
* Produce documentation on operational tasks and changes
Requirements:
* Must have minimal 3 year Cisco networking background
* Understand TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 subnetting
* CCNA/CCNP certification highly desired.
* Hands on experience on routing and switching
* Experience with SPAN/VLAN filter on Cisco gears.
* Excellent written/oral communication skills and strong analytical and
problem solving skills.
